Here is a plug and play LED bulb that fits KTM and Huskies using the BA20D bulb. This LED bulb fits most models from 2005 to 2013(does not fit the Husky 510 or Huskies with the bail wire that goes over the back of the stock bulb, must be the twist in style with No bail wire) (some do use H4 bulbs, so please know what your bike has). The stock BA20D bulb is the large round bulb that fits into a bulb holder. The bulb itself has no connector, only two solder bumps. This bulb is 3600 lumens and does have low/high capability if you have a switch, otherwise run on high beam.

- 20 watts on low beam
- 30 watts on high beam
- One year limited warranty
- With the optional rectifier, this bulb is 2 stroke compatible. Great for your 200 or 300.

Important: Please note that all KTM and Husqvarna carbureted bikes (125 through 530) came from the factory with AC power to the headlight. Even though the bike may have a battery in stock form, the headlight is AC powered. This LED bulb will smoke itself quickly if you do not use the optional rectifier. We will not cover warranties for bulbs ran on AC power or bulbs that have suffered crash damage.

Amazing difference

I cant speak highly enough of the vision difference this made on my 2013 KTM 500exc. We all know the stock bulb is a joke. Installed quick and easily.

Works well

I purchased this bulb about 14 months ago for my 2009 XC450 The light bulb did a great job of getting rid of the factory candle in the KTM Headlight.. I don't think I would race with it, but perfect for the evening trails and night rides. The price was also a nice attraction.

another great product from Cylops

I have a 09' 530 exc, and this replacement bulb is 10 times better than the stock bulb. I also purchased LED replacement bulbs for my quad and the adventure light for my bicycle all great quality plug and play easy to install. very happy with my purchase.
