Our online store will calculate your available shipping methods and costs based on your delivery location. We are based near Seattle, Washington in the United States and ship to most countries around the world. To receive a shipping quote, place an item in the shopping cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout page. We try to ship all orders received before 11:00 AM PST the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST generally ship on the next business day. Shipments within the United States are sent via the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. You are responsible to choose insurance, if available, as Cyclops is not responsible for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages. We strongly recommend insuring your package.
NOTE: Overseas shipments are sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Priority shipping takes an average of 7 to 15 business days with online tracking updates. Priority service is typically faster for destinations in North America, such as Canada, and slower when going to Europe and Asia. We highly recommend you insure your package. First Class International (NOT RECOMMENDED) is basic shipping, has no insurance, and can take an average of 10 to 30+ business days, with very limited tracking once the package leaves the U.S. Please note that these are estimates and transit times can vary due to factors outside our control, such as processing by customs officials, weather events, and other situations that impact service. The U.S. Postal Service and Cyclops Adventure Sports are not responsible for lost or stolen international packages.
While we do our best to maintain accurate product availability on our website, we cannot guarantee that all products are in-stock. Such discrepancies are rare, but if you should order an item that we find is unavailable, someone with our team will reach out to you with an estimated shipping date. You can then choose to wait for the product to return to stock, revise your purchase, or cancel the back-order with an appropriate refund issued within a few days.
Some products are also made to order. These products may require a delay in shipment until they are constructed. For retail orders, these items are generally manufactured by the next business day. In most cases, made to order items have a note on the product page indicating the anticipated delay for construction. If shipping time is critical, please call us at 1-800-624-0278 to verify your product is available and when it will ship.
We trust you will be satisfied with your Cyclops Adventure Sports purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, please contact Cyclops Adventure Sports about a possible return or exchange. Policies are stated below:
Refunds & Credits
Cyclops Adventure Sports will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged, provided the product is in the original undamaged packaging, and has not been used or damaged. A restock fee of up to 10% may be levied. Orders returned after more than 30 days are not refundable, store credit will be offered up to 60 days past purchase. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should accompany your return. Used items may not be accepted. If there is any question, please call 1-800-624-0278.
Our technicians at 1-253-277-0408 will be happy to assist you with exchanges or replacements for Cyclops Adventure Sports items purchased through our online store or received as gifts. For exchanges of mis-shipped orders or damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send you your replacement with no additional shipping charges.
Please ship returns to us returns via the U.S. Postal Service, FedEX, or DHL to the address below. We recommend that you insure the package prior to shipment. Enclosing your original packing invoice will help us expedite your return.
