LED Bulbs & Auxiliary Lights have different warranty lifespans. Please check for your product specific warranty.

Prior to requesting a warranty, please check the following:

Check all the connections and plugs. On LED Bulbs, make sure all of the pins in the five pin connector to the driver are fully seated. Make sure there is not anything that is preventing a good connection to the bulb. Low voltage will cause a light to flash, flicker, or half turn on. Often times, we receive lights that work fine and these lights are sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Check and re-check all your connections before sending a light back.

Warranty lights will be replaced with the same model only (No upgrades are permitted) no refunds will be issued after 30 days. 

Cyclops does not warranty on a warranty LED replacement bulb, unless it has been less than 1 year from original purchase date.

Prior to returning an item for warranty or refund, you must call in or email for a RMA#. You will need to know your original order number, or receipt from vendor. Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. 

All warranty lights sent in, will be tested, if found to be in good working order they will be returned to you at your expense. Test everything before sending anything back to us. Best to use a battery or other power source.

We cannot send replacement lights to you before receiving your light. Due to previous customers failing to send defective units back. And sometimes sending back items that worked perfectly and did not warrant a replacement. The exception being, product with issues purchased within 60 days.

What is covered

Cyclops Adventure Sports warrants that the purchaser’s product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship. Our product must be installed and used on purchaser’s vehicle according to supplied product installation instructions and/or warnings. Warranty is made only to the initial purchaser and is not transferable. Cyclops Adventure Sports requires proof of purchase as a condition of this warranty. Cyclops does not warranty on a warranty LED replacement bulb, unless it has been less than 1 year from original purchase date.

What is not covered

Warranty does not cover damage or claims to any component, vehicle, or person other than the Cyclops product purchased. Your warranty is limited to replacement of the item, if Cyclops Adventure Sports determines that the item was not free of defects in material and/or workmanship. As such, this Warranty does not cover damage or claims to any component, vehicle, or person that Cyclops Adventure Sports determines to have been damaged by or subjected to:

• Installation damage (reading the included installation instructions will help prevent this)

• Crash damage.

• Bulbs ran on AC power.

• Accidents, impact by rocks, trees, obstacles etc.

• Inadequate mounting or installation damage, alteration, modification, misuse or failure to maintain.

• Damage in any part attributable to: (a.) vehicle systems or components.

• Normal wear and tear/product deterioration.

• Theft, vandalism or other negligent or intentional damage


If item is covered under warranty, upon inspection by Cyclops Adventure Sports either repair or replacement of product or parts (new or refurbished). Any parts repaired or replaced will be considered part of the original product and will not extend the term of the Warranty. Shipping and installation costs are customer’s responsibility. 

This warranty is the only warranty made in connection with the purchase of this product. Cyclops Adventure Sports neither assumes nor authorizes any manufacturer, vendor, retailer, other person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with its products or this Warranty.

Other Limitations & Exclusion of Damages

With purchase of our product, neither Cyclops Adventure Sports nor any independent dealers or distributors are responsible for any loss of use or time, rental costs, or for any incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages you may have or incur in connection with your vehicle, or your Cyclops Adventure Sports product. Your exclusive remedy here-under is repair/replacement of the item itself or refund as described above. All implied warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed or limited to the extent allowed under your jurisdiction.
