This rectifier is made to work in conjunction with the 3600/H4 10.0 LED headlight module in machines that have AC powered headlights. One rectifier per bulb is required. This rectifier will also work for AC powered bikes using our Penetrator LED Headlights. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE ULTRA H4 BULB WITH THE RECTIFIER OR ANY NON CYCLOPS H4 BULB. STANDARD 10.0 ONLY.

Most factory street legal bikes are DC powered, so this is not necessary for factory street legal bikes, exceptions being the KTM EXC 250/450/525/530 02-2011 carbed bikes, Yamaha WR450 carburetor version, and Honda CRFX 250/450. If you have a street legal bike from the factory that is not listed as an exception, you should not need the rectifier.

saved me a ton of cash

I had heard about the LED module on KTM Talk. After chatting with Darryl from Cyclops he assured me that this rectifier would allow me to run the Cyclops LED headlight bulb in my 07 KTM 300 with no stator modifications. It worked like a charm, super easy to install with the LEd headlight bulb and saved me the price of a new stator, battery and wiring harness. Thanks Cyclops!!
