TERMS & CONDITIONS for Cyclops Adventure Sports Gift Cards:
Gift Card shall mean an e-Gift Card, unless otherwise specified.
E-Gift Cards
· The e-Gift Card will be sent via email within approximately 20 minutes of purchase to your email
· The email address associated with an e-Gift Card does not have to be the email address of the intended recipient of the e-Gift Card
· To check your balance, simply log-in to your Cyclops Adventure Sports account or by calling the accounts department at Cyclops
Redemption
· To use your Gift Card to make a purchase, enter in the Gift Card number at checkout
· Any unused balance after purchase will remain on your gift card. If a purchase order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a valid credit card or PayPal
Limitations
· Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value
· Gift Cards are issued in local currency
· Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards
Fraud
· Cyclops Adventure Sports will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if Cyclops Adventure Sports suspects that a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases
