Our rack was developed for long distance enduro rides, single track use, trail maintenance, or to be a platform for whatever you need to mount to your bike . It has an 3/16” aluminum top plate that provides a Rotopax mount, accepts a PMB chain saw mount, and is a platform for different top bags. There are also forward and low tie down hoops for horseshoe style saddlebags. The sides of the rack are constructed from .083 wall DOM tubing and are MIG welded. The side hoops provide protection for the exhaust/bike and incorporate a Rotopax mount. Being a modular system it only requires you to remove the right side number plate and muffler to install. The top plate is natural aluminum, tubing powder coated for durability, and available in black. Weight of rack is 8 lbs. and is capable of carrying 40 lbs when distributed evenly. Takes 15-20 minutes to install and once on the bike does not interfere with air filter access. Drilling a small hole in the ends of the subframe is required, as well as drilling a couple holes in the rear fender.
